TIA GINGER

In the 17th century, ginger beer was a typical drink of Her Majesty’s Royal Marines, making it a popular choice all over the British Empire, where it is still popular today. Greece, the Caribbean islands, Africa and, last but not least, Jamaica are amongst the countries where Ginger Beer has made its mark. It is not difficult to imagine how this fantastic mix of rum, coffee, lime, spices and ginger beer was appreciated so much by mariners and adventurers everywhere! Today, Jamaica is the leader in the production of Ginger Beer, which is gaining in popularity thanks to the variety of drink combinations coming from the Caribbean tradition to mix ginger with black, coffee- flavoured rums. With its exotic and ginger-spiced mix, Tia Maria gives a new, personal interpretation to this type of cocktail giving it its special own special touch.
