SKINNY WHITE RUSSIAN

The White Russian is without a doubt one of the few drinks that everyone has tried at least once in their lives. This cocktail was created in the United States, not far from Jamaica, where Tia Maria was the protagonist of the most exclusive and glamorous celebrations. At the end of the second world war, the whole world had the feeling to celebrate and toast to a new and brighter future. The cocktail harmonically combines Tia Maria and vodka – in equal parts or as per personal preference – with a dash of fresh cream. A true “timeless” classic. In our “Skinny” version, the original White Russian becomes more light and has less calories as the cream is replaced by skimmed milk.

SKINNY WHITE RUSSIAN:

30 ml TIA MARIA

30 ml VODKA

60 ml SKIMMED MILK

DARK CHOCOLATE SHAVINGS
Pour ingredients into a tumbler filled with ice. Garnish with dark chocolate shavings.
