Mojitia

A deep golden colour anticipates a surprising concoction of refreshing minty-citrusy burst, followed by a lingering after taste of subtle dark chocolate and freshly roasted coffee beans. The pairing of mint with the chocolaty notes of Tia Maria is a sure-hit combination which everybody will love. Twist the Mojitia with darker rums and muddled quartered oranges, for a great after dinner or winter Mojitia!

MOJITIA:

1½ PARTS TIA MARIA
1½ PARTS WHITE RUM
½ PARTS LEMON JUICE
3 PARTS SODA

Muddle mint leaves, lemon juice and powdered sugar in a highball glass, then add crushed ice and pour in blended Tia Maria and rum. Top with soda.
